"Christian was an absolute champion, I came into the real estate market with zero knowledge about how things worked and or an idea of what I was looking for. It was rather interesting because I came to the realization that Christian had expertise in what I was looking for. I was initially looking for something affordable perhaps needing some work, and he came through spectacularly, I had some initial choices that I ran over with him, and I think his intuition is spot on. I found a home in Bayview, initially but realized that it was not the best choice for me, not only did Christian widen the search criteria, but I think he understood that perhaps me saving some money but ending up with a poor choice may not be the best for me. He showed me homes that were a little higher than the price range I was looking at, and that reaffirmed my decision as well (don't cheap out and expect it to not come with compromises). We then toured a place in Brisbane, but I found the place to be too run down. He respected my opinion and found a house listed off-market that fit the criteria that I was looking for (something a bit cheaper could use some work). He helped me with lender issues as well (when I thought the rate was too high) and bank problems as well, and overall ended up closing on a property. Like how some of the other reviews mentioned, Christian went above and beyond with providing me with information in regards to fixups and repairs (essentially our interactions did not end upon closing of the house) and he seemed rather supportive and interested in the future of this house and me as well! What I'm trying to say is I think he genuinely cares about his client and with that, I think you can't go wrong with having Christian as your representative in buying a house!"

"I wanted to look at this property because of the proximity to downtown conveniences and the amenities. Market was cool around the time I considered the purchase and after some research I thought it might be a good time to start looking in the fourth quarter of 2023. Unfortunately I waited too long on three units in the same building and they went into contract before we were able to do walk-throughs. Christian was able to research a unit he knew of that was listed, but pulled off the market. He contacted seller's agent to see if seller would consider an offer and he was able to negotiate a fair price. Being in contract and closing went very well and we were able to close in 30 days. It was a smooth real estate transaction from start to finish. I would use Christian in future transactions as he has the expertise to efficiently organize the sale and closing process.
